Eric is our fearless leader! He's been involved in the band for 30 years and counting. Not only is Eric beloved by both the band members, and the spirit squad, but he is the brilliant and genius arranger of our #2 song in our book, "Zots!" (originally "Shots" by LMFAO)

About Philip

Philip is our newly appointed Assistant Director. He has been involved with the UCI Band since 2013. Prior to the UCI Band, he served as drum/percussion captain at Whittier High School. Currently, Philip also works for Fender Music, and performs in multiple bands outside of UCI.

Mary is a fourth year Political Science and Education Sciences major. She joined band in 6th grade as a percussionist and since has played in wind ensembles, jazz bands, and pep bands. In her free time she enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors.

Stephen is a fourth year Computer Science major. He's played the trombone since 6th grade, in a variety of ensemble settings: big band, marching band, symphonic band, pep band, and has an interest in jazz trombone and ear training. In his free time, Stephen likes to steal Valorant Aces from Ast. Director Philip.

Gabriel is a second year Software Engineering major who began playing the clarinet in fifth grade. Since then, he’s been involved in various musical groups, performing on mellophone in marching band, French horn in concert band, tenor saxophone in jazz band, and cymbals in winter percussion.
